At the end of the last century, Carmine Savarese a young linguistic and media college student fascinated by the internet, at that time the new frontier of Communication, did designed and developed a website for his family business, La Fornacina Country House, a charming touristic accommodation place upon the rolling tuscan hills in Italy. It was a plein success. Talented, with a stylish graphic hand and as self-taught html encoder and SEO strategist he changed completely the way how clients made a booking reservation to the inn, increasing it over 300%.
His vision was the strong relationship between the web and the small holidays accommodation places. In the same period Google was launched on the internet. As freelance he started to design websites and making some graphics for others small companies, keeping to research in the web accommodation field he made a graduation thesis in sociolingustic with the title "The successful relationship betweeh Agritourism and the Internet". The next year, 2003, with a partner, Carmine launched online the accommodation webportal SaturniaStyle, focused on small charming places all around the tuscan area. The project was a great success with nearly 100 accomodation places receving a ton of online reservation through the portal.
Carmine was keeping on to work as freelance creative designer till 2006 when with an computer engineer partner he started up Creativa - Web, Travel, Image the seed of the actual company located in the Saturnia Spa area, Tuscany. In 2007 they hired the first two employees and before ending the year the team was composed by 6 people. the agency was very focused on touristic business. Meanwhile Carmine begun using his great passion for photography in his designing works and exposing his artistic photos.
In 2008 Carmine, a used world traveller, picked out New York City as place where keeping on grow up in his skills and where let his mind keeping on opening with all the creative stimulations which the Big Apple can offer. In 2009 The Creativa Factory, changing his structure and with new goals, begun to work in different communication and advertising fields both in Italy and in the US with a base in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY.
